These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Core application and services.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership or pack, booking classes, or using our services in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

2. Memberships, Packs, and Services

Core facilitates memberships, packs, trials, and other services offered by gyms and fitness studios:

• Memberships and packs are non-transferable

• Access is granted only to the registered account holder

• Services are subject to availability, scheduling, and capacity limits

Gyms and fitness studios may modify class schedules, instructors, or services when necessary.

3. Payments and Fees

All prices, fees, and payment terms are disclosed at the time of purchase:

• Payments must be made using an approved payment method

• Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of access

• Prices and fees may change with reasonable notice

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Taxes are applied in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Cancellations, Pauses, and Expiration

Cancellation, pause, and expiration terms depend on the membership or pack purchased:

• Memberships may be canceled or paused according to the terms defined at purchase

• Memberships remain active until the end of the billing cycle when canceled

• Trials or packs may expire if not used within the specified period

• No refunds are provided unless required by law or explicitly stated

5. Conduct

You agree to:

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions

• Act respectfully toward staff, coaches, and other members

• Use equipment and facilities safely and responsibly

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for behavior that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.

6. Health and Safety Disclaimer

You acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks.

By using our services, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate

• You assume full responsibility for your health and safety

• You have consulted a medical professional if necessary

Participation is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in activities, use of facilities, or reliance on provided information.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account

• All activity conducted under your account

• Promptly notifying us of unauthorized use

9. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available through our app.

Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, without regard to conflict of law principles.
